The universal chipper is quiet in operation, of robust construction and is fitted with a large feed hopper. Drive motor sizes range from 11 to 22 kW and starting is by star delta starter. The material is forced on to the cutter rotor by means of a hydraulic ram. The pressure of the feed ram is regulated via a pressure sensor system, allowing for fully automatic chipping. The standard control cabinet is manufactured to IP 54 and will be delivered completely wired and fitted with reverse control, shutdown timer and period timer. Efficient and robust machine for packaging and wood waste chipping The cutter blocks are easily accessible and can be turned. They are resistant to soft steel items such as nails and screws etc. The granulate size is determined by the size of the rotor screen. The output ranges up to 100 and 800 kg/hour dependent on machine size, screen and motor size and material form and type. Hopper extension, covers, metal separator, automatic removal via auger, flat belt conveyor etc. available on request.
